How can I get Season Passes to Mustang Water Slides?
You can order Season Passes during operating hours by phone at 805-489-8832, in person the next time you visit us, or online any time.

When are you open and when can I call you?

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

What kind of browser do I need in order to purchase Season Passes online?
To make purchases online from this site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer. We test our site on new versions of browsers and do our best to offer optimal experience on the latest versions of all browsers and platforms. Our site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0. If you are using AOL and you are experiencing problems, try using Internet Explorer on your computer while connected to AOL.

What about cookies?
If you have your browser set to reject cookies you will not be able to order Season Passes online. Cookies do not corrupt or damage your computer, programs, or computer files. They simply enable us to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart then pass that information to the secure server where you will enter your payment information. We do not use cookies to ascertain any personally identifiable information about you, which pages you visit, or to save credit card numbers or other personal information.

What information does Mustang Water Slides collect and how is it used?
We only collect the information that appears on your receipt (name, address, phone number, email, and items ordered) and keep a copy of it in our records to match with the copy of your receipt that you bring to the slides to claim your Season Pass card. We do not sell, trade, rent, or release your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes, and we will only contact you via email, phone or mail if you ask us to.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
When you click the Secure Orderform button on our site you will be forwarded to Authorize.Net—a leading, industry-recognized credit card verification company—where you will enter your payment information on their secure server. We use AuthorizeNet to process all online purchases and your credit card information is stored only on AuthorizeNet’s secure servers, behind their firewall, and never sent to us.

How do I know a site is secure?
You can tell if you’re on a secure site by looking for the locked padlock icon or solid key on the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of your browser’s status bar. This icon indicates that your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Additionally, you will see https in the address bar of your browser when you are on the secure site.

Will I get an order confirmation or receipt via email?
Yes, you’ll get both. Please make sure you accurately enter your email address when providing your payment information. We will send you a message confirming that your credit card was processed and an itemized receipt of your purchase to print out and bring to the slides to have your photo taken and Season Pass card made.

What if I didn’t receive an email receipt or I lose my receipt. What should I do?
If you did not receive an e-mail receipt within 24 hours after placing your order, or for some reason you lose your receipt, please use our Customer Service Request to contact us and indicate your customer id and/or invoice number from your Order Confirmation email in the appropriate form field.

I live in California. Will sales tax be added to my total?
No, there is no tax on Season Passes.

Can you mail me my Season Passes?
No, your Season Pass will be printed for you upon presentation of your receipt at the Waterslides office. The Season Pass is personalized with your name and photo so that no one else may use it. We will take your picture and make the card for you when you arrive.

How can I make an exchange or get a refund?
Sorry, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on Season Passes. If you are unsure of ordering Season Passes ahead of time, you may purchase them in person when you visit the slides.
